Slow and Steady Wins the Race; or, 12 Thing My Parents Taught Me . . . That Apparently Very Few People Actually Still Believe

1.  Sidewalks are for pedestrians.  People riding bikes, skateboards, scooters, skates, and other vehicles will yield to pedestrians on the sidewalk. 2.  Children should be seen, and not heard. 3.  If you respect other people, then they will respect you. 4.  When you want to cross the street, go to the crosswalk on the corner.
